1. Real Estate Bookings & Payments

All property bookings are subject to the following conditions:

• Booking Confirmation: A plot or apartment unit is only considered "booked" once the initial down payment is received and a formal Booking Agreement is signed by both parties.
• Installment Plans: Clients must adhere strictly to the agreed-upon installment schedule. Late payments may incur a surcharge or result in the cancellation of the booking at the sole discretion of Euroasia Enterprises.
• Price Adjustments: While we strive to maintain advertised pricing, Euroasia Enterprises reserves the right to adjust prices for unbooked inventory due to inflation, construction material costs, or government levy changes.

2. Taxes & Government Levies

Euroasia Enterprises acts as a facilitator for tax documentation but does not absorb these statutory costs on behalf of the client.

3. Project Approvals & Timelines

We operate with full transparency regarding project statuses:

• Approvals: All projects are backed by relevant NOCs and permissions (e.g., TMA Haripur NOC 2708-13/TMA(H), KPITB Abbottabad approvals, Mansehra provisional permissions). However, regulatory changes by local authorities are beyond our control.
• Construction Timelines: Estimated handover dates provided by Sky Limit Builders & Developers are targets based on current feasibility. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, extreme weather, government lockdowns, or material shortages).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a client wishes to cancel a confirmed booking:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our Head Office in Haripur.
• A deduction of 10% to 25% of the total paid amount may apply as administrative and marketing costs, depending on the stage of the project.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 to 60 business days after the unit is re-booked by another client.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on euroasiaent.com, including text, graphics, logos, project layouts, block designs, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of Euroasia Enterprises. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our branding and project data is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Euroasia Enterprises and Sky Limit Builders & Developers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase of real estate, including but not limited to loss of profit, market value fluctuations, or delays in possession, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
